Get excited! Justin's Organic Honey Peanut Butter squeeze pack will give you a reason to keep on loving peanut butter. This is so scrumptious that you'll be thankful that it is available in a 100 calorie portion controlled packet. The peanut butter is creamy, rich and buttery just like a healthy organic peanut butter should taste like. It also has this soft honey taste that just adds to the whole sweetness of the peanut butter. The ingredients are simply: Dry Roasted Almonds, Honey, Organic Palm Fruit Oil, Sea Salt. Just delicious.
Let's face it though. Peanut butter is high in fat (albeit the healthy monounsaturated kind). You have to really watch your portion sizes if you must have it, and that's really one of the reasons to love these 100 calorie squeeze packs of Justin's Organic Honey Peanut Butter. Each has 17 grams (about 1 tablespoon), 8 grams of total fat (12% of the RDA), 1.5 grams of saturated fat (8% of RDA), 35 mg of sodium (1% of RDA), 4 grams of protein and 3 grams of carbohydrates which includes 1 gram of fiber (4% of RDA).

If you're trying to eat more healthfully and incorporate 'natural' foods into your life, then skip the partially hydrogenated vegetable oil in Regular Jif Creamy Peanut Butter and reach for this instead.
