Pepperidge Farms Natural Honey Flax Bread
The Pepperidge Farms Natural Honey Flax Bread is one of my favorite breads out there. The taste is really good although I must admit that the texture is kind of "rough" if you compare it to all of the other 'fluffy' breads. The flax seeds are clearly discernible, and the honey is mild yet very savory. This bread has so much flavor that I find myself eating it by itself and it's great. One slice of Pepperidge Farms Natural Honey Flax Bread has 100 calories, 2 grams of total fat, no saturated or trans fat, 120 mg of sodium (5% of the daily value), 5 grams of protein and 19 grams of carbohydrates which includes 3 grams of fiber and 4 grams of sugar. There are other breads out there which have fewer calories, and I do wish this bread had a lower carbohydrate count, but this really is delicious with stellar ingredients. Sometimes we just have to sacrifice some calories for better ingredients. Give this bread a try, I promise you'll love it and what it does for you.

I love that they're adding flax to more breads and other products. Yay for flax seed!
