Lean Cuisine Chicken Pecan
The chicken was cut into pieces that were a bit larger than bite size and had a decent texture. The brown sauce seemed potentially bland at first glance, but it brought a lot of flavor to the chicken and to the rice. The brown rice had a good texture, and I liked the vegetables mixed in, especially the fresh-tasting snow peas. The small pecan pieces mixed with the food were an excellent addition to the meal. This was like a standout blockbuster meal, but more like a quiet, familiar, good tasting standby that will never let you down. The entire Lean Cuisine Chicken Pecan meal provides 260 calories, 6 grams of fat (9% of the recommended daily amount), which breaks down to 1 gram of saturated fat (4% of the RDA), 2 grams of polyunsaturated fat, and 3 grams of monounsaturated fat. There is also 30mg cholesterol (9% of the RDA), 690 mg sodium (28% fo the RDA), 19 grams of protein and 32 grams of carbohydrates, of which 4 grams are dietary fiber (16% of the RDA) and 6 grams are sugars. There is also a whole 35% DV of vitamin A. I paid $2.20 for this frozen dish at Kroger. I found it to be a well balanced meal with good amounts of protein and fiber. It had good flavor and was quite filling too. I would definitely purchase this Lean Cuisine entree again.

I think older lean cuisines are kind of gross but this new(ish) spa cuisine line is really really good. I have yet to find a "flavor" i didn't like, except for the shrimp one, but that was on account of my not liking shrimp and not on account of the meal.
I think the lemon grass coconut chicken is FABULOUS.
I hadn't tried this one, thanks for the advice.
