New Food Reviewer: Rae Pellegrino
There's a lot going on at Iateapie.net this week - starting with reviews from new Food Reviewers! This will provide us with new perspectives on the taste and nutrition of many more foods. Today, we're introducing Rae Pellegrino to the family.
Rae is a social worker in upstate New York and enjoys anything fitness and nutrition related. An avid amateur triathlete, Rae trains several hours a week swimming, running and biking in order to prep for triathlon season, and has recently completed her first half-ironman. Rae looks to nutritional food as a way to fuel herself for these long distance events. "I've noticed how great I feel after I put good, wholesome food into my body. It really makes a difference during my training and in everyday life!"
