Fiber Gourmet Macaroni and Cheese

Fiber Gourmet Macaroni and CheeseYes, ladies and gents, your all time favorite comfort food is now guilt-free. What's the cheesiest, warmest, most satisfying meal of your childhood? You guess it, Mac N' Cheese! Thanks to the wizards of Fiber Gourmet, we can enjoy this delicious meal without our conscience asking us "why, oh why did you just eat that!?" Fiber Gourmet's Macaroni & Cheese is simply superb. I couldn't believe this low-carb, low-calorie meal could actually be healthy and taste so good too. Generally, Fiber Gourmet Pastas are delicious but their Macaroni & Cheese meal is beyond belief. It's hearty, creamy and dreamy. Everything from the color, the texture and the flavor is amazing, no artificial colors and it's also Kosher certified.

Macaroni and CheeseI cooked this meal to my boyfriend, who is a self-proclaimed pasta connoisseur, and he couldn't tell the difference. I highly recommend this product, it won't disappoint you. It's bound to be the healthiest and yummiest macaroni & cheese you'll ever have!

One pack of Fiber Gourmet Macaroni and Cheese contains 3 servings of 2.5 ounce each which is about 1 cup. This provides 130 calories, 2 grams of total fat, 660 mg of sodium (27% of the RDA), 7 grams of protein, and 49 grams of carbohydrate which includes an amazing 72% of the RDA for fiber (18 grams).

It's available at Fiber Gourmet's online store, 6-packs for $16.49 or 12-pack for $29.99 and it's worth every penny! Hodgson Mill All Natural Whole Wheat Macaroni and Cheese is another excellent source of fiber and better-for-you pasta, but Fiber Gourmet has half the calories and 3x more fiber.

I don't often make comments, but I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your reviews. I often go to the grocery on my way home to pick up something you have suggested. This mac and cheese looks great. Looks like a grocery stop on the way home!!

Wow, those calorie counts are IMPRESSIVE.

Thanks so much Mrs. Who! We have some new reviewers and they are really adding some exciting flavor to the reviews. I've tried this myself and it's great - and you CANNOT beat these nutrition facts!

This sounds great, but the calories are 170, not 130. Still really low for some good mac & cheese! I've ordered from their online store and the service and customer support is awesome.

It does have some impressive nutritive stats, though $2.50 a box or so is alot for a boxed macaroni and cheese dinner. Still, if you must indulge in comfort food, not a bad way to go.

I really have to order this. I am on a high fiber diet. The picture also looks yummy...

Thank you for this review!
Does it call for the addition of milk and/or butter?

Hey,
I discovered this a couple weeks ago and I am HOOKED. I just recieved a six pack box. SOOOO YUMMY...even the guy in the store told me his roommate couldn't stop eating it and downed a box...(had a bad night you can imagine lol)
You need to add 1/4 cup of milk, I use light soymilk. Butter is optional but I don't think it makes a difference.

I am on a high fiber diet and was really looking forward to trying it. Unfortunately it tasted like chemicals and made me sick. It's very sad too, that the company that makes it really didn't care that I had issues with it. I would give this product a zero if I could.
