Carolyn said: The boca frozen products are delicious, but I have a very hard time finding them. My single favourite frozen dinner is the Cedar Lane Enchilada Pie. It is filling and healthy and incredibly tasty. A bigger meal (if you eat both servings) than the LC meals, but one that sticks around a whole lot longer.

kristin said: I don't eat a lot of frozen meals as I love to cook and figure I can create something just as delicious with less preservatives and more whole grains and veggies, but the Lean Cuisine Tortilla Crusted Fish is simply AWESOME. The creamy rice side with red peppers and corn is absolutely fantastic. The fish is crunchy with just the right "fishy" flavor and a bit of a kick. If you haven't tried this one, you must; trust me you won't be disappointed. My only complaint is that they don't use brown rice; this could help bump up the fiber content. |
