I just purchased the Quaker Lower Sugar Maple&Brown Sugar oatmeal at Target. I figured it was better than regular oatmeal because it had less sugar. It really fills you up and it tastes great. I like this oatmeal or Kashi GoLean Vanilla. I'm def an oatmeal person, though.

Quaker Simple Harvest Vanilla, Almond and Honey is simply delicious and no other prepackaged oatmeal tastes like it. Wholesome, creamy and yummy! However all of the Simple Harvest varieties are worthy of my bowl!

I like the quacker weight control, banana bread flavor. It might be all in my head but it really does fill me up more then the regular stuff. I add a tablespoon of sugar free jam for a little more sweetness and I'm good to go for the whole morning.

Instant Oatmeal - Quaker Raisins, Dates, and Walnuts - actually has some "stick-with-you" potential.

Non-instant - Steel cut oats (McCanns) - they're really easy to stick in a crockpot with some milk, raisins/craisins, and cinnamon! Yummmm....

Quaker Old Fashioned Oatmeal is the ONLY way to go.

We don't have to have packets of processed oatmeal. You, yes you, can eat it the old fashioned way.

Here's How:
To make your own 'flavors', add fresh berries, low-fat yogurt, peanut butter, cinnamon, sugar-free smuckers jelly, raw nuts, or just a few packets of splenda if you can't eat your oats bare.

There is bound to be something that will tickle your taste buds' fancy.

TIP: You can put single portions in a zip lock if you're on the go.

I looooove Quakers Old Fashion Oatmeal. I slowly boil it with whole fat milk to make it creamier and then I add cinnamon, cloves, allspice and honey to make it taste like my mother use to make it. I eat oatmeal 5 days a week.

My favorite instant oatmeal is probably Trader Joe's with added protein, jazzed up with some dried fruit

Trader Joe's frozen oatmeal....160 calories, it's a frozen block that cooks up to a big bowl of oats, slightly sweetened.

My favorita taste wise is maple and brown sugar or cinnamon roll- quaker.
However, the old fashinoned oats are much healthier w/o all that sugar. I like to add fresh or dried fruit, or canned pumpkin and a little brown sugar. sometimes i make it with milk. that is also delicious. I love oatmeal!

My favorites are the Kashi Heart to Heart flavors. They don't have that "pasty" texture that so many of the other instant's do!
