Amy's Organic Black Bean Vegetable Soup
Amy's signature ingredient list is packed full of organic, all natural products. Furthermore, this soup is vegan, low fat and gluten free. Each cup has 130 calories, 1.5 grams of total fat (2% of the RDA), no saturated fat, trans fat or cholesterol, 430 mg of sodium (18% of the RDA), 5 grams of fiber (20% of the RDA), 6 grams of sugar and 6 grams of protein. Furthermore, the wholesome ingredients supply 50% of the RDA for Vitamin A and 10% for Vitamin C. Although this is not a low sodium soup, it is certainly not high-sodium either when compared with other soups on the market. The high fiber and low calorie count is very appealing to those on a diet. I paid $2.12 for a can of Amy's Organic Black Bean Vegetable Soup (2 servings) and I think it was one of the best two bucks I have ever spent. Comments

Michelle said: I have always loved the Amy products. It's weird because I am so adverse to canned food. I feel good about this though.

Trader Joe's has a very, very similar house brand of an organic black bean soup that is significantly cheaper, but equally tasty.
