This week it is all about Ice cream, after all
July is National Ice cream Month. Check out all our
Reviews of Ice cream of the low fat variety of course.
Try a flavor you haven't tried before.
One serving of Healthy Choice Chicken Artichoke Panini has 300 calories, 4 grams of total fat, 1.5 grams of saturated fat (6% and 8% of the recommended daily value), 5% of the RDA for cholesterol (15 mg), 25% of the RDA for sodium (600 mg), 25 grams of protein and 40 grams of total carbohydrate which includes 2 grams of sugar and 5 grams of fiber (20% of the RDA). This meal is also 5 Weight Watchers Points.
I bought this on sale for $2.50 at Stop & Shop supermarket. Healthy Choice Paninis don't have any preservatives and are made with Ultragrain, an all natural, 100% whole wheat flour with the great flavor and texture of white flour. Even though the label has "Made with Whole Grain" don't be fooled. The 1st ingredient is unbleached wheat flour. Photo Credit: The Fun Fit Blog Taste:

Gosh those food marketers are sneaky.
How does the panini hold up to the microwave? There's nothing worse than a soggy sandwich...
