Healthy Choice Chicken Artichoke Panini
Healthy Choice Chicken Artichoke Panini is made with "diced white chicken, a cheese blend, diced artichokes, tomatoes & fire roasted onions with creamy garlic sauce, all on a garlic & herb bread." That description makes it sound so good, and indeed I liked it, but I didn't think it was fantastic. I found the taste light and refreshing and the garlic or onions are not over-powering. Like the Healthy Choice Chicken Basil Panini, I thought it was a little bland, but it's certainly good enough that I will buy it again.
One serving of Healthy Choice Chicken Artichoke Panini has 300 calories, 4 grams of total fat, 1.5 grams of saturated fat (6% and 8% of the recommended daily value), 5% of the RDA for cholesterol (15 mg), 25% of the RDA for sodium (600 mg), 25 grams of protein and 40 grams of total carbohydrate which includes 2 grams of sugar and 5 grams of fiber (20% of the RDA). This meal is also 5 Weight Watchers Points.

I bought this on sale for $2.50 at Stop & Shop supermarket. Healthy Choice Paninis don't have any preservatives and are made with Ultragrain, an all natural, 100% whole wheat flour with the great flavor and texture of white flour. Even though the label has "Made with Whole Grain" don't be fooled. The 1st ingredient is unbleached wheat flour.

Gosh those food marketers are sneaky.
How does the panini hold up to the microwave? There's nothing worse than a soggy sandwich...
From my experience the bread holds up quite well...(I had a LC one, but same idea)....eat it as an open faced sammie to make it more satisfying for your mind!
I just had the chicken basil.
I was actually surprised at how tasty it was! Awesome flavors! I'll be getting it again!
