Weight Watchers Amaretto Cheesecake Nonfat Yogurt
According to WiseGeek.com, amaretto is an Italian liquor flavored with parts of fruits that imbue the liquor with an almond flavoring. The word amaretto means "somewhat bitter." I give kudos to Weight Watchers for trying to be different, but there was no trace of amaretto in this - not even a hint as they put it. There was however a rich sweetness and cheesecake essence. While this won't replace any of Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes (can anything top that?), the flavor is there and it delivered. One 6 ounce container provides 100 calories, 0.5 grams of total fat , no saturated or trans fat, 6 grams of protein and 17 grams of total carbohydrates which includes 12 grams of sugar and 3 grams of fiber (12% of the RDA). It's also only 1 Weight Watchers Point. I liked this, and at only $0.50 for the 6 ounce cup, I would definitely buy it again. I also noticed that the packs with only 4 were slightly more expensive that if I bought 4 individual containers for some strange reason. Comments

I LOVE this flavor! My favorite of the bunch. I just wish it had less sugar overall rathar than artificial sweeterners in it.
