Orville Redenbacher's Caramel Mini Smart Cakes
What's so Smart about these? 60 calories for a serving of 9 -10 mini-cakes! In addition to having only 60 calories, each serving of Orville Redenbacher's Caramel Mini Smart Cakes has no fat, 1% of the RDA for sodium (35 mg), 1 gram of protein and 13 grams of total carbohydrate, which includes 4 grams of sugar and 4% of the RDA for fiber (1 gram). The ingredients list says "popcorn, sugar, less than 2% of caramel, color, salt, partially hydrognated oils etc. In this case, there probably is only a trace amount of trans fat if any - since this product is fat free. A huge 7 ounce bag with 13 servings costs $2.32 at the time of purchase, which is a bargain. Are you still reading this review? Go get it now! Comments

I loved this snack, it was so good! I tried it out a few months ago, and it was delicious. But I personally I prefer the Quaker Quakes a little better, since the ones by Quaker are puffier, and about the same width. One serving of the Quaker Quakes Caramel Corn flavor is 7 cakes, and it's 60 calories. But, comparing the two's prices, Orville is usually cheaper per bag.
