Dannon Light n Fit 0% Plus Strawberry Yogurt

Dannon Light n Fit 0% Plus Strawberry YogurtDannon Light n Fit 0% Plus Strawberry Yogurt is my new favorite low calorie yogurt! I think the moment that Yoplait Light lost the title was when that smooth, creamy, fruity yogurt hit my taste buds ... But it also could have been when I realized that it was only 60 calories (per 4 ounces) ... No, I think it was when I chomped on the bits of strawberry - yes, fruit in yogurt is not being phased out after all!

Each 4 ounce container of Dannon Light n Fit 0% Plus Strawberry Yogurt provides 60 calories, no fat, 8 grams of sugar and 3 grams of protein. The sweeteners used are fructose, aspartame, acesulfame K and sucralose (Splenda) - somehow they managed to combine all these sweeteners together without leaving the yogurt overly sweet and without any after-taste. Strawberries is listed in the ingredients list, and they taste quite authentic in the yogurt.

A pack with 4 cost $2.18, and in case you haven't guessed it by now, I heart this love it and think it's totally worth the money.

I will definitely have to try this yogurt! Lately, I've been buying plain yogurt and then mixing in a few tablespoons of Polaner sugar free strawberry jelly.

I find that Polaner jelly doesn't have the sugar free "metallic" aftertaste like some other brands. The Stop and Shop brand of apricot and blueberry jelly tasted so bad that I actually had to return them back to the store!

@Jackie - we reviewed Polaner's Blueberry topping too and love it!

WHAT happened? - the
pcs of strawberry are the worst thing I have ever tasted in food.
I drink this when taking pills that are too lg to swallow & have always loved it now I am disappointed.

I tried the new Dannon Light & Fit. Not only is it 80 calories now instead of 60, but the taste is awful. Please go back to the old recipe.

The Dannon's light & fit 0%fat plus Is the best Yogurt on the market. I can't eat most dairy products. I eat this for desert and am very pleased. I have not found a flavor that I don't like. Can I please get some coupons.

I used to love this yogurt. Not just the Strawberry. Don't understand why they would add calories and sugars!! Healthy eating does not need additional calories and especially doesn't need more sugar!
Absolutely stupid!
