I am kind of obsessed with these new flatbread melts from the geniouses at L.C. WIth every bite of the soft luciousness of the flatbread you will truly be in carb lovers heaven, without the guilt! My fave. variety at the moment is the Pesto Chicken, but I am still dying to try the Chophouse Steak. Make sure to monitor your microwave time because it is easy to kind of chewify the flatbread by nuking it a few seconds too long. Wait until the cheese is melted, then dig in!
