How do you cut down on some of the sugar in your diet? It's the first week of the New Year and the first week of my "Holiday Detox Diet." This week I'm working on reducing the sugar intake that skyrocketed over the holidays - so any advice would be helpful. What I'm doing is:
* No sugar or creamer in tea or coffee (I use Splenda).
* No more of that Jamaican Christmas Cake and only water for this week (well, this month really)
* No fruit juice or soda (diet or otherwise).
