I know my resolutions always involve eating making more healthy food choices, but this year, I am also making a bigger effort to reduce my environmental impact. I'm hoping to convince my workplace to stop ordering Styrofoam cups and go for an option made from recycled paper.

Mine did involve both food and dieting. I'm unoriginal like that ;)
My new year's resolutions include turning down the thermostat, esp at night & after the hubby and kids go to school, even during the day when at home alone-keep at 61F. The price of oil alone can prompt one to do this not to mention getting a better night's sleep and spending less time being idle, lest one becomes cold.
Also, a favorite snacker has become wasabi peas with soybeans and raisins Yummm
