Jell-O Sugar Free Chocolate Vanilla Pudding Snack
For me, pudding elicits fond memories of lunch boxes and brown bags for me, but since I'm trying to cut down on the calories, I decided to try Jell-O's Sugar-Free Chocolate Vanilla pudding.
There's a layer of vanilla right in the center of this pudding. I suppose I'm supposed to dip my spoon in and come out with the picturesque chocolate-vanilla-chocolate pattern on my spoon. However, stirring it together just until it was swirled seemed more logical to me. The flavor is shockingly good for a sugar-free product: sweet, but without that saccharine metallic after-taste. The chocolate flavor wasn't overwhelming, and I could still taste the vanilla even though I had emulsified it; that in and of itself is a testament.
This Jell-O Pudding was on sale for $1.80 for a box of 6, 6 ounce cup. Each cup contains 60 calories and 1 gram of total fat, 2 grams of protein and 13 grams of total carbohydrates - no sugar but 7 grams of sugar alcohols.
Overall, I really enjoyed this pudding. It was great for a low calorie dessert , and made me wax nostalgic. The Sugar Free Chocolate Mint Fudge Jell-O Pudding Snack was previously reviewed by Tanya (read the review), who does not really like pudding, but found it to be not too pretty good too.

I just picked up one of the new flavors a Dulce De Leche and wow was it good. It has this caramel topping on it and it also has only 60 Calories.
I've heard the handisnacks version is even better than the jello one, you should give it a try!
I used to love this pudding but now every time I try to eat it again I can taste the chemicallly aftertaste...it's metallic like and it's gross.
