Jell-O Sugar Free Chocolate Vanilla Pudding Snack
This review was done by Lizabeth Burnett. Liz has a passion for cooking healthy foods which started out of a desire to lose weight. "Not wanting to turn to a cabbage soup and bean sprout diet, I started shopping and cooking more mindfully which helped me lose 50 pounds over the last three years. Aside from cooking, I'm currently studying to become a dental assistant and I work at the local library."
There's a layer of vanilla right in the center of this pudding. I suppose I'm supposed to dip my spoon in and come out with the picturesque chocolate-vanilla-chocolate pattern on my spoon. However, stirring it together just until it was swirled seemed more logical to me. The flavor is shockingly good for a sugar-free product: sweet, but without that saccharine metallic after-taste. The chocolate flavor wasn't overwhelming, and I could still taste the vanilla even though I had emulsified it; that in and of itself is a testament. This Jell-O Pudding was on sale for $1.80 for a box of 6, 6 ounce cup. Each cup contains 60 calories and 1 gram of total fat, 2 grams of protein and 13 grams of total carbohydrates - no sugar but 7 grams of sugar alcohols. Overall, I really enjoyed this pudding. It was great for a low calorie dessert , and made me wax nostalgic. The Sugar Free Chocolate Mint Fudge Jell-O Pudding Snack was previously reviewed by Tanya (read the review), who does not really like pudding, but found it to be not too pretty good too. Comments

I just picked up one of the new flavors a Dulce De Leche and wow was it good. It has this caramel topping on it and it also has only 60 Calories.
