Sara Grace, editor of The Flying Trapeze Blog: Where Skinny is as Skinny Does (love that tagline) gave us a peek into her fridge for the "What's in Your Fridge" contest. Her site offers tools and support to help you cultivate and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.

Some of the Contents:
* Brummel & Brown Yogurt Spread (at least 6 months old; I hardly ever use the stuff)
* Crumbled fat-free feta (I use this almost every day on salad)
* Red bell peppers and large container fresh salsa
* Spanish green olives (great snacks)
* Fake eggs (another staple)
* Heavy cream (my roommate’s from Finland and likes to add heavy cream to many things).
* Whole-wheat and low-carb tortillas (we’re on a kick where we make these into pizzas every night for dinner with prosciutto and pineapple)
* Fresh basil, mushrooms, asparagus and pineapple (for the ‘lil pizzas, mostly)
* Skim and 2% milk (mine and my roommie's, respectively)
* Olive tapenade (for crackers and salads)
* Red bull (breakfast for my roommie; Saturday morning beach run enabler for me)
* Fat free cottage cheese
* Chyawanprash (tasty Indian paste for mixing into hot milk; it’s got like 30 ingredients including gooseberry, clove, ghee, cardamom, raisins, Bengal quince, and, uh, asparagus. LOVE this stuff)
* Tupperware containing yucky salty “village” cheese we got at Costco and don’t know what to do with but feel guilty about throwing away.
