Show Us Your Refrigerator Contest: #8 Laura

Laura, who is known as ArielFriek, has a blog called Rearranged, where she talks about life after gastric bypass surgery (among other things). She graciously shared the contents of her fridge for the "What's in Your Fridge" contest. She says, "If you would have looked in here a year ago you would have seen a completely different set of food. Now there is no more soda, ice cream, full-fat dairy. More vegetables & fruits have been consumed by this family in the past year than the prior 5 years combined."
Inside your refrigerator

Some of the contents:
* Protein - Lean ground turkey, a variety of lean deli meats, chicken breast strips and Tofu Shirataki noodles.
* Drawer full of various low fat cheeses including Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges.
* Fage 2% Greek Yogurt. I mix it with a variety of things, including protein powders to make all sorts of yummy things.
* Canned pumpkin - not just for Thanksgiving, this is great mixed with Splenda & ricotta cheese, or in a vanilla-cinnamon protein shake.
* Hummus, cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, lowfat yogurt, sour cream, pitcher of Crystal Lite, and some leftovers.
* Veggies- baby spinach, romaine salad, carrots, cucumber, broccoli
* Fruit - apples, grapes and oranges
* Sugar-free Smuckers jelly in several flavors. I love to mix this in cottage or ricotta cheese
* Steele's sugar free sweet & sour - great for making meats moist and easier for me to eat
* Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla.
