Question of the Day: What supplements are you taking
Okay, I admit I might be over doing it a bit, but I am taking a multi-vitamin, calcium, zinc and fish oil. What are you taking? Discuss this question and more in the new Food Forum.

This isn't exactly a supplement but I take 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon a day to help control my blood sugar.
It does come in supplement form, but it isn't necessary to pay the extra money, the cheap supermarket stuff works just as well.
I've lost around 20 lbs in two months, it works fantastically well.
i take creatine, amino acids, multivitamin, and whey protein. i also take some fiber.
I take evening primrose oil capsules (general women's health thing) and cranberry extract with added vitamin C capsules.
