Lean Cuisine Macaroni and Cheese
Since Lean Cuisine makes it, I eat least expected that the nutrition facts would not be too bad. It turns out that this could also use some improvement. Lean Cuisine Macaroni and Cheese has 290 calories, 7 grams of total fat (11% of the RDA), 20% of the RDA for saturated fat (4 grams), 25% of the RDA for sodium, 15 grams of protein and 41 grams of total carbohydrates which includes 8 grams of sugars and 2 grams of fiber (9% of the RDA). This meal is also 6 Weight Watchers Points. This is not the way you want to spend 6 Points and 1/5th of your days' saturated fat intake. Mac n cheese is such a quick and easy thing to make on in the kitchen, that it's a waste of $2.50 to be buying a frozen mac n cheese meal. So far, I'm 0 for 2 when it comes to frozen macaroni dinners, having tried this and Amy's Macaroni and Soy Cheese (read the review) which I aslo didn't like. Comments

I agree. It's a very non-descript gelatinous food. Ick.
