Kashi Good Friends Cinna-Raisin Crunch Cereal

Kashi Good Friends CerealKashi Good Friends Cinna-Raisin Crunch Cereal has made it into the Top 10 list of my favorite cereals - that's just how good it is. It is made up of big crunchy clusters of granola, a few flakes (like cornflakes), and raisins. It's crunchy, but not as hard as Kashi GoLean Crunch which really gives your jaw a workout. And it is very filling - must be all the fiber - 8 grams which is 32% of the recommended daily amount.

One serving of Kashi Good Friends Cinna-Raisin Crunch Cereal (1 cup) has 170 calories, 2 grams of total fat (3% of the RDA), no saturated or trans fat, 4 grams of protein and 41 grams of total carbohydrates which includes 13 grams of sugar and 32% of the recommended daily amount of fiber (8 grams).

There are a few breakfast cereals out there with less calories (see the Top 10 cereals that we have reviewed so far), but the high fiber and great taste makes this a hit with me. Kashi just keeps coming up with great tasting cereals. Some of my favorites are Kashi Organic Promise Strawberry Fields and Kashi Go Lean Crunch. A custom 3 pack of Kashi cereals is available for purchase from their website for $8.99. What would be in your custom 3?

Kashi is my most favorite brand in the world. I am a Kashi freak. My mix 3 would be Go Lean, Vive and Heart to Heart Blueberry Oat Clusters.

I am also a Kashi freak and pretty much love all of their products as well! My all time favorite is Kashi GoLean Crunch! But Cinna Raisin Crunch is awesome as well especially when I am in the mood for good ol' Raisin Bran.

I love kashi! My personal combo would be the plain kashi puffs that I like to use for recipes as well as Vive and Go Lean Crunch. I've never tried Cinna-Raisin but it looks soo good

I lost my recipe for kashigood friends cinna raison cereal/oatmeal cookies. HELP!
