After much thought and debate - and a week of setting it up (hence no reviews), I decided to open up the Iateapie Healthy Food Discussion Forum. It's a place where we can discuss food products marketed as healthy, nutrition facts, labels, advertisements, new products, freebies, discounts and anything else about food that we can think of. So come on in and sign up - your participation is required!

But I promised you monthly giveaways and it's finally here! Everybody who joins the forum will have a chance to WIN a box with 2 of my favorite innovative kitchen 'gadgets'. They are the Days Ago Timer, which you can stick just about anywhere and it will count how long those leftovers have been in the fridge, for example; and a set of 50 Healthy Food Magnets, which has foods from the major food groups, along with some handy information about them such as the vitamins, calories, grams of fat, sugar and protein - not exactly a gadget, but it's pretty cool anyway.
