Dannon Activia Light Yogurt
One 4 ounce cup of Dannon Activia Light has 70 calories, no fat, 5 grams of protein and 13 grams of total carbohydrate, which includes 8 grams of sugar and 12% of the RDA for fiber. The original version had 110 calories and 17 grams of sugars per serving. Both Dannon Activia Light and Dannon's Light 'n Fit with Fiber have 3 grams of fiber, but I prefer Activia Light because it tastes much better - even though they didn't market the fiber aspect of it. Activia also helps naturally regulate your digestive system, and they are so confident that they have a Two Week Money Back Challenge. There are a few options out there with less calories, such as Yoplait Light which has 100 calories per 6 ounce serving, but I think Activia Light is a viable option and I would definitely buy it again - although it's a little more expensive than some of the other yogurts at almost $2.00 for a pack of 4. I just barely tried the vanilla flavor of this yogurt today. I liked it a lot.
I usually just eat fat-free plain yogurt with berries, preferring that to pre-sweetened kinds. But this is a good (and easy) alternative.
