The Original Brand Sugar Free Popsicle
There is a sharp bite at the end, which might be citric acid, or might be an effect from the artificial sweeteners. The Original Brand Sugar Free Popsicle doesn't come in a fancy package, or make any nutrition claims, so don't expect to get fruit juice or anything really natural in this. The ingredients say: water, glycerine, maltodextrin, citric acid, natural and artificial flavors, guar gum, locust bean gum, aspartame, acesulfame K, ascorbic acid, Red 40, Yellow 6, Blue 1. So clearly ... not the most nutritious sounding. One box has 12 popsicles, costs about $2.50 and is only 1 WW point. I would buy this again if I were on a diet and had a sweet tooth. Comments

Tricia said: I am ADDICTED to the Tropical Popsicles. I can easily go through a box and a half in one day. The price went up from $3 something to$4.15 a box. I am on a fixed income so I can't buy them as often. I would appreciate some coupons that I can use. Thanks |

I think the only way to make a sugar free popsicle is with artificial ingredients... I really like these as far as popsicles go, especially when it's 100 degrees out. If you compare it to other popsicles of the non-fruit juice variety, I think it tastes the same- artificial, yet satisfyingly sweet.
