Lipton White Tea to Go is a powdered mix that you add to water. But in addition, Lipton Tea to Go provides 80 mg of natural flavonoid antioxidants (helps protect your body against free radical damage), which is more than the amount in a serving of orange juice.

Add a packet to a 16.9 ounce bottle of water and you will get a sweet, tart tasting flavored beverage. Honestly, I didn't taste any apple or cranberry flavor, nor even any tea taste, but the good news is that I didn't get any much after-taste.

There are no calories in one serving,which is 1/2 a packet. Lipton White Tea to Go is made with natural tea - white and green tea powder are the 2nd and 3rd ingredients - but citric acid is the most abundant ingredient - and you can definitely taste it. The sweetener used is sucralose (Splenda).

I probably wouldn't buy this flavor again though because the taste is too tart (for me). I much prefer Crystal Light Iced Tea Mix, although I am definitely going to try some other flavors of Lipton Tea to Go, because I love the fact that they have antioxidants.
