MetroMint Peppermint Water
MetroMint Water comes in a really cool tall, slender bottle with a beautifully designed label, which fits with the image of clean simple, minimally flavored water. MetroMint comes in a few different flavors, such as spearmint, lemonmint, orangemint and peppermint which is the version being reviewed. Notice that they all contain mint.
Not everybody will like mint flavored waters. When I reviewed Hint Peppermint Water, I liked it and so did one of the commenters. But another commenter, Brian, thought it was too strong. Well Brian, if you think Hint had a strong minty flavor, you can forget about trying MetroMint Peppermint Water. While I didn't think the mint flavor was too strong or overpowering, it seemed to be more prevalent than in the Hint Peppermint Water.
I did enjoy the crisp, minty taste of MetroMint Peppermint (and I enjoy repeating that phrase), but the more you drink, the more minty your mouth becomes, until eventually, it may become a bit too much. Your mouth is also left with a cool feeling for hours after drinking this, which is kind of a good thing.
Some people will like this, like the folks over at BevNet and some people won't, like the guys over at Knowledge of Thirst. I think a lot of it will depend on how much mint you can tolerate.
One 16.9 ounce bottle costs $1.39 when I bought it at Whole Foods. Love the cool bottle and the cool taste. MetroMint Water doesn't have any sugars, sweeteners, preservatives or calories and they can count me in as a fan.

heh, sorry for that other comment, i just hate minty drinks, so I kinda went off on a tiny rant there. i guess it's just personal preference. =]
I love metromint water, any time I go to my health food store, I buy a few. I think they're very refreshing, and quite minty, without being overpowering. I definately suggest buying it.
