Anonymous said: Its a little labor-intensive, but have you tried making chai from scratch with ground spices or pre-mixed spices(masala) such as the one from Chai.com

Try the tazo, good earth and mighty leaf brands of chai as well, they are the best in my opinion. Celestial Seasonings has some great varieties of chai, I love them all! They also have a good honey vanilla chammomile and vanilla red tea that are excellent.

I adore this tea as well! It has such a delicately spicey and bold flavor; I drink the decaf version every night before hitting the sack to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. My all time favorite tea is Green Ginger by Tazo. I LOVE it. It manages to energize, soothe the stomach, and calm your nerves all at once...talk about a multi-tasker! While talking about tea, I must also mention Revolution teas for they are fantastic as well. The Earl Grey Lavender tea they make is superb for breakfast or an afternoon of pretending like you are a British citizen. Yay for tea!
