Weight Watchers SmartOnes Roasted Chicken
Weight Watchers SmartOnes Roasted Chicken with Sour Cream & Chive Mashed Potatoes consists of "white meat chicken in a mushroom and onion wine sauce" according to the box. The meat, which looked like 1 chicken breast was tasty and well seasoned BUT the mashed potatoes was dry and starchy. The sauce was flavorful so make sure to add some to the mashed potatoes - it helps a little but it still left me longing for the smooth creamy taste of 'real' mashed potatoes.
The meal is also a relatively small portion size, so it wasn't very filling - even for lunch, so be prepared to add a small salad or something else nutritious!
The SmartOnes Roasted Chicken has 180 calories, 4 grams of total fat (6% of the recommended daily amount ), 1 gram of saturated fat (5%), no trans fat, 34% of the RDA for sodium (most frozen dinners are high in sodium - but not this high), 17 grams of protein and 20 grams of total carbohydrates which includes 2 grams of fiber (7% of the RDA) and less than 1 gram of sugar. It's also 4 Weight Watchers Points.
I don't think I would buy this again because there is way to much sodium and half of the meal (the mashed potatoes) does not taste good. I would rather have spent the $3.00 on the Weight Watchers SmartOnes Southwest Style Adobo Chicken [read the review].

I want to thank you for your web site and your reviews. I've had gastric bypass within the year and I'm able to eat normally again. It's just that finding the good tasty food is hard to find. Your reviews make it easier. Thanks alot.
