Kemps Fat Free Chocolate Frozen Yogurt
This review was done by Ann H. In her words, "I am a 20 year old from southern Louisiana who is currently a 3rd year Marketing major at the University of Southern Lousiana. I am a bonfide "healthy product foodie!" My ultimate goal is to work in the marketing and development department of a healthy food company...like Amy's or Kashi."
Upon opening the carton of Kemp's Fro-Yo, I was extremely disappointed to discover a thin layer of ice crystals on the top of the yogurt. Still, I decided to overlook this because it is quite possible that this ice formation happened en route to Winn-Dixie or home to my house. A second discouraging fact about the Kemp's Fro-Yo was the color: it was just ... not right. The color was fake looking light, watered down brown, not like the hue I think a deliciously creamy chocolate ice cream /fro-yo should be. The third bone that I have to pick with the Kemp's Chocolate Fro-Yo was the texture. It was super hard to scoop. It was like super compacted in the carton and when I finally managed to scoop some out, it came out in chunks rather than nice, smooth scoops. (And FYI- I even tried the running the spoon under hot water technique!) Needless to say, as I sat down with my bowl of chunky fro-yo, my mindset was already kind of on a negative track. Sadly, the taste of the Kemp's Fat Free Chocolate Fro-Yo did not do much to change my opinion. It tasted ... RUBBERY. Let me try and define my adjective of choice: "Rubbery"- (adj.) bland and slightly gelatinous in flavor and texture with a permeating sour taste. My worst fear about fat free dairy products come true! I honestly could not finish more than like 7 bites and believe you me, that NEVER happens with me! Just about the only thing that the Kemp's Fat Free Yogurt has going for it is that it is relatively healthy and low cal. One 1/2 cup serving is 90 calories, no fat or cholesterol, a low 55 mg of sodium, 3 grams of protein and 14 grams of sugar (19 grams of total carbohydrate). Bottom line: If you are looking for a creamy and satisfying frozen chocolate dairy dessert, the Kemps Fat Free Fro-Yo is not the ticket. I would instead highly recommend the Edy's Slow Churned Light Ice Cream (the Triple Chocolate Fudge Brownie will knock your socks off)! Alas, my mind remains decided that 90% of fat free dairy products are gross and no match for their low-fat counterparts. Comments

You sould try Stoneyfields Fat free Dark Chocolate frozen Yogurt. it's very good. Also, speaking of fat free, my favorite yogurt is Fage 0% Total yogurt.
