Airforce Slender NutriSoda

Airforce Slender NutriSodaAnything with the name Nutrisoda has to bought and reviewed ASAP, especially a "nutrient-enhanced sodas with zero sugar, caffeine, sodium or aspartame." There are quite a few varieties available including Calm, Focus, Flex, Immune, Radiant, Renew, Energize and Slender - which is the first one I tried.

The Slender variety is flavored with pink grapefruit and guava. From the website, Slender "facilitates healthy weight management" and is "is full of the right stuff to help you healthily manage your weight." Love the name of the sodas - HATED the taste yuck. It has a very acidic, metallic and medicinal taste. I love tart beverages, but this just goes way overboard (citric acid is the 2nd most abundant ingredient after water). It turns out that this 'soda' is nothing more than a glorified energy drink. It contains the usual supplements of carnitine, tyrosine, and something called garcinia cambogia - a plant containing hydroxycitric acid which has been found to suppress fatty acid synthesis, food intake, and promote induced weight loss.

One 8. ounce can of Airforce Slender NutriSoda contains 10 calories and 25% of many vitamins and minerals. The 8.4 ounce can also costs $1.99. If I believed the hype and wanted a calorie / fat burning or reducing beverage, then I would go with Coca Cola's Enviga over this [read the review]. At least that only has 5 calories, taste better, is cheaper and is supposed to burn 60 calories if I drink 3 cans a day. Heck, I would even prefer Red Bull Light over this - and that also only has 10 calories [read the review] and Rush Energy Lite, which has no calories [read the review].

I've been wanting to try all the Nutrisoda flavors, but no one here sells any of them. I can buy them on Amazon, but I can't buy by the can.

you definitely tried the wrong flavor. They sell all the flavor s at my school and i've trued each one. Personally my favorite has to be focus and my second favorite which also is the most popular, is flex. the aftertaste an all of them have a little oomph, but you get use to it.

I have been drinking "Renew" which is watermelon and blueberry. At first I thought it wasn't very good, but found myself craving it. My appetite has also been suppressed. I like it!

For a case of 4 Nutrisodas it is about $4 at Target. I have tried the slender, and I love it! If you go on the real Nutrisoda website, you can read about how it works, the science behind it is amazing! I think it tastes great! I don't think that it is very expensive, $1 a can, that is like a Coke, plus it is way healthier. Overall - 5/5!
