Low calorie popcorn

PopcornCheck out the recipe for 61 calorie popcorn over at Diet-blog [link]. The nutritional breakdown for this microwaved popcorn is actually 61 calories, 0.8 grams total fat, 5 grams of total carbohydrate, 1 grams of protein, and no sodium.

This is a recipe from the book YOU On A Diet by Michael F. Roizen, M.D., and Mehmet C. Oz, M.D. You need:
* 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
* Flavored cooking spray (butter, olive oil, garlic)
* Garlic salt or cinnamon

Place the popcorn in a covered microwave safe bowl, microwave for four to five minutes (don't burn it!) Pour it on to a baking sheet and coat by spraying for 1 - 2 seconds at most with Pam. Follow with the garlic salt or cinnamon.
