Nature Valley Fruit Crisps
Each box of Nature Valley Fruit Crisps comes with five 0.5 ounce pouches of the baked apple pieces. One pouch is only 50 calories, no fat or protein and only 13 grams of total carbohydrates which includes 1 gram of fiber (4% of the daily recommended amount) and 10 grams of sugars. A box of Apple Crisps costs about $2.50 which works out to about $0.50 for each pouch, and you can't really beat 50 calories for a snack. Another plus is that the ingredient is simply dried apples. The only negative as I mentioned before is the small portion size, but this might still be good for something quick on the go, or to add to yogurt or make your own trail mix. Comments

Mmm...I love these! The Cinnamon flavor is wonderful as well. I agree-the portions are a little small (they seem even smaller when they accidentally get crushed in my bag...).
