Lundberg Rice Chips

Samples of Lundberg Rice Chips were being given out at Whole Foods Supermarket, and when I tried them, I knew I had to buy a pack and bring you a review. If you have been limiting yourself and your family to potato chips only - it's time to step outside your comfort zone.
Lundberg Rice Chips are wheat and gluten free, but believe me, you don't have to be on a gluten free diet to enjoy these. I tried the Wasabi flavored chips and the flavor was like mild barbecue. The chips are the same texture as tortilla chips - but more flavorful.
One serving is about 10 chips and has 140 calories, 6 grams of fat which is 10% of the daily recommended amount, but only 0.5 grams of saturated fat. There is 9% of the daily amount of sodium (210 mg), 2 grams of protein and 18 grams of total carbohydrate which includes 1 gram of fiber and 1 gram of sugars.
The nutrition facts are similar to most other chips, like Baked Lays [read the review]. Another "non potato" chip which I totally love is Terra Exotic Vegetable Chips [read the review]. Lundberg Rice Chips cost $2.00 for a 6 ounce bag and I would definitely buy these again - and it is also a great choice for those on a gluten free diet.
