PopFitnez presents Oily Fish for Weight Loss Smells Fishy posted at iFitandHealthy.com. I am definitely a convert. I try to eat fish at least twice a week because they have omega-3 fatty acids - they help your brain function, and I need all the help I can get :0)
Vihar Sheth presents Three Sustainable Soft Tacos Please: Chipotle Mexican Grill posted at Vihar Sheth. Vihar posted an article about Chipotle in Forbes magazine. "Chipotle could serve junk food like most fast food chains but it doesn’t." Not sure I'm agreeing with this one. In order for me to make that statement, I would have to see the nutritional content of the foods - and Chipotle doesn't provide it.

Thanks for hosting! I'm actually not the one taking all the supplements. My colleague Noel takes an extraordinary amount of vitamins, though. :P
Carol
I don't know how healthy Chipotle's food is -- I looked them up in my online Weight Watchers Points guide, and if I were to eat one barbacoa burrito, let's say, with no cheese or sour cream -- I would still be consuming almost a half day's worth of points. That's a lot of calories and fat for one menu item. :-(
Carol Again...
And I found this website:
http://www.chipotlefan.com/index.php?id=nutrition_calculator that informed me that if I ordered a barbacoa burrito with a 13" flour tortilla, barbacoa, lettuce, tomatillo salsa, and black beans...I'm eating 778 calories and 27 grams of fat. Bleh.
