Apple and Celery Juice
I should have been thinking about doing a review when I made this, but alas, I wasn't, so I could not deduce the nutrition facts for the drink. But celery is 10 calories per half cup serving, 1 gram of fiber and 1 gram of sugar (low carb); and 1 medium apple has 80 calories, 5 grams of fiber and 16 grams of sugar (but I would say McIntosh are small apples). The vitamin content is very low in both, but there are other healty micronutrients that make them worthwhile. Since apples and celery are mostly water, the liquid will start to separate from the solids if left standing, so be sure to give it a good shake before drinking. I liked it so much that I made more the next day. Comments

If you juice fruit/vegetables, you can kiss most of that fiber goodbye unless you added some of the pulp after.
