Apple and Carrot Juice

Almost everyday I make my own juice. This morning's juice was made from McIntosh apples and carrots using the Jack La Lanne juicer. I loved the taste of juice. It was sweet, but with a slight tartness because McIntosh apples are quite acidic /sour. The carrot taste was only minimal I used 5 carrots and 3 apples. The carrots gave it that deep rich orange color, and although there won't be much fiber, as somebody pointed out in the comments on my apple and celery juice, that orange color is from beta carotene, which is an antioxidant and has a ton of other health benefits plus it gets converted into vitamin A in the body.
There will be some separation of the solids and the liquid, so be sure to give it a good shake or stir before you drink it.

I added fruit/veggie fiber to my apple and carrot juice, as well as some protein powder and cinnamon...It was delicious. I used Red Delicious Apples instead of the McIntosh.
