Snapple White Tea
"Is this stuff healthy?" I hear you asking. Well, it certainly is better for you than LOTS of other drinks. I like the fact that they put the amount of antioxidants in each bottle on the label - 105 mg. There is no 'official' word on how much antioxidants are necessary in the daily diet to have beneficial effects - and it's probably a lot more than 105 mg, but every little bit helps. One bottle of snapple (17.5 ounces) had 120 calories, 30 grams of sugars and 20% of vitamin C. There is no high fructose corn syrup, but I would have liked there to be a little less sugar. Two of my favorite iced tea beverages are Arizona Diet Green Tea with Ginseng and Diet Lipton Green Tea with Citrus. Both of them have less calories than Snapple White Tea and are cheaper. I bought the 17.5 fl. ounce bottle of Snapple White Tea for $1.59 at Stop and Shop (owners of PeaPod.com), but unlike the other two, Snapple White Tea doesn't have artificial sweeteners, nor does it have HFCS, which makes me include it in my favorites. I only wish that it was more available in the Tulsa area. We've been placing special orders weekly. I definitely share it with my friends. Perhaps one day, this tasty Snapple drink will be found on all store shelves :)

This white tea beverage has no life left in it. It's better, I think to make your own white tea from loose leaves. I get mine from www.kasora.com Storefront or sometimes from the chinese market near my house. Seriously though, if you want real white tea in a bottle, brew it yourself, put it in a bottle, and stick it in the fridge! I do like the commercial that's on TV for this product though, it's pretty funny.
