Krusteaz Fat Free Cranberry Orange Muffin Mix
I tried the Cranberry Orange muffin mix and the cranberries came in their own separate containers - real cranberries not dried! And - as if I needed another reason to love this product - all I had to do was add water, stir until moistened (no mixer necessary), spoon into a muffin pan, bake 16 - 18 minutes - and viola! I actually got 16 muffins from the box (because I have small muffin tins), and they came out golden brown with a nice soft texture, sweet (but not too sweet), with cranberries poking out of every muffin and a hint of orange zest flavor. I bought one box of Krusteaz Muffin Mix for $2.50 at Target, and I will definitely be buying it again. This bakes up some seriously delicious muffins, that are pretty darn good nutritionally. Don't think all you can make are muffins either. Check out the website [link] for more recipes like cranberry carrot cake and cranberry pineapple spice loaf. Comments

And there do not seem to be an extraordinary amount of preservatives and stuff in them. I get a 5# bag at Sam's Club for $5 or so. I never make my own anymore, that's how good these are.

I have to say that I've tried their ff blueberry muffin mix and thought it was pretty tasty, too. I even gave them to people who had no idea they were fat free and they liked them, which pretty much confirmed to me that I wasn't crazy. I'm curious to try their recipes using the mixes, now, too.
