I have successfully defended my dissertation today! Food Reviews will resume when I get back to Earth (probably tomorrow). For some reason, the phrase "Veni Vidi Vici" popped into my head today after it was all over. It's Latin, meaning "I came I saw I conquered." Really, in my case, I came, I saw, got my butt kicked for a while, until I got finally got a grip and bitch slapped that sucker!
