Vans Organic Soy Flax Waffles

I consider Van's Waffles to be top notch stuff, or like the packaging says, "Gourmet Waffles" - just like I consider Eggos to be an okay brand of waffles, made popular because mainly due to television advertising. Van's Organic Soy Flax Waffles taste great - but then again, it's pretty hard to mess up waffles. Van's comes out of the toaster oven thick, crispy and a lot of texture. Even though these waffles were made with soy and flax meal, I didn't detect any unusual flavors because of this.
One of the other things I love about Vans Organic Soy Flax Waffles, is that they are made with no preservatives, and they are organic, as well as vegan - no eggs or dairy in the ingredients. One serving is 2 waffles - and that is quite enough for breakfast. Vans Organic Soy Flax Waffles does have a few more calories and twice the fat and sodium of Eggo Homestyle Waffles for example, but I still love all the healthy ingredients. Since most people eat waffles with syrup, don't forget to add those calories too - and believe me, you're looking at 50 - 150 extra calories there.
Vans cost a little under $3.00 for a box with 6 waffles, but the price was worth it, and I would buy these waffles again, and again and ...

I've had these before. They are really good. Only problem is--I don't use syrup because it has such a high caloric value--so I use honey! It tastes just as good!
Honey has more calories than syrup per tablespoon!
They are the best waffles =) and the fat in them are the healthy ones that are good for your diet un-like eggo's with hfcs ew
