Weight Watchers Smart Ones Chicken Parmesan
WeightWatchers Chicken Parmesan consists of "roasted chicken breast and spaghetti with marinara sauce topped with cheese" and it turned out to be quite a tasty lunch for me. Once again, WW has learned the secret of making good spaghetti and pasta in general, and the marinara sauce never has too strong of a tomato paste taste. The chicken breast was one big piece of chicken, which looks like about 3-4 ounces which is one [recommended] serving of meat. It was tender and easy to bite into, but my only complaint about this meal would have to be that the chicken was way too salty - and I love my food salty!
This WW meal was 5 points, with 290 calories, 5 grams of fat, 1.5 grams of saturated fat, 630 mg sodium (23% of the recommended daily allowance), 40 mg cholesterol (14% of daily recommendations) and 26 grams of protein.
This meal was pretty decent, except for the salt issue which I mentioned. There are other WW meals that I would eat over this one though, like the Three Cheese Ziti Marinara and Penne Pollo. The price was also right too, at 3 for $5.00 on sale. Most 'healthy' frozen meals like WeightWatchers, Lean Cuisine and Healthy Choice, regularly go on sale - a different one each week.

I never liked WW much because their meals sometimes seem a bit lousy--you can sense that the fat is missing. Since you insist this is good though, I may just give it another try.
I have been eating their meals for lunch every day for a few weeks now, and I will admit, they are missing something, but it is a perfect portion, and I am already seeing a change in my weight since starting the program.
I really liked this one! The chicken was actually rather tender instead of rubbery which often happens in frozen meals.
