Skinny Cow Low Fat Ice Cream Sandwich

Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich I first heard about Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich from over at Slashfood, and since they recommended it, I thought I would give it a try. The ice cream sandwich is quite thick with a large middle layer of ice cream in between two chocolate wafers. The pack that I bought contained 6 ice cream sandwiches: 3 had chocolate and the rest had vanilla ice cream. The ice cream wafer is quite sweet, and the ice cream part is smooth, creamy, and I wasn't able to detect any differences from a regular full fat ice cream - but then again, I don't eat ice cream on a regular basis. I really liked the taste, but although I thought it was good, I can't say I was wowed by the taste.

One ice cream sandwich was certainly big enough to provide me with a filling dessert, and has 140 calories, 1.5 grams of fat, 0.5 grams saturate fat, 3 grams of fiber, and 15 grams of sugar. The ice cream sandwich is 2 points if you're on Weight Watchers. This is really not that bad - less sugars than a can of soda, and about the same amount of calories as a handful of chips.

One package with 6 sandwiches cost me $3.54 at the local Wal-Mart. If I were into ice cream and had more of a sweet tooth, this would definitely be on my list of sweet treats.

I thought these sandwiches were AWESOME!!! For only 1.5 grams of fat and 140 calories, plus I believe 3 grams of fiber. The hardest part is trying to only eat one per day. Thank you Skinny Cow!

I have been hooked ever since i bought the mint ice cream sandwhiches a few weeks ago, i have to admit i have one every night as my desert they are absolutly delicious! I can not tell the difference between this and a full calorie ice cream sandwhich, im not much of an ice cream eater but like i said i have one every night, they are very very satisfying ! Sweet, but not too sweet! Keep up the good work skinny cow :)

OK so I love skinny cow. I managed 1 the first night and 5 the next night. I am working on that. Thank you sooooooo much Skinny Cow.

i LOVE this sandwich.. they come in so many varieties now, including cookies n' creme, mint, chocolate peanut butter, chocolate vanilla swirl, and sugar free. >
