Crystal Light Iced Tea Mix
Crystal Light Iced Tea Mix was a totally unexpected, but delightful find. All you do is take one tub, add water and viola! Instant 5 calorie iced tea! And let me add, the iced tea tastes delicious and there is absloutely no aftertaste. The instructions say add 2 quarts per tub - I didn't measure it, but just added water to my desired sweetness level. Add a squirt of lemon to make it taste even better. I absolutely LOVE this drink mix. I am weaning myself off sodas - and April is "No Soda" month. It's also "Summer Body Shape Up" month, aka dieting, so I was so thrilled to discover something else that I can drink besides water, and Arizona Diet Tea.
If aspartame gives you headaches etc., you definitely don't want any of this. Personally, I've been drinking this tea every day for the past 10 days, and I haven't had any headaches, stomach cramps etc... The beauty of this product is really in how easy it is to make, and the fact that you can get it to your desired sweetness level just by varying the amount of water you add. There are also many different flavors like peach, lemonade, orange and many more.
* Just a little note on the nutrition label. You take one tub and mix it with 2 gallons of water (8 cups). The 5 calories is for 1 cup of the iced tea. The entire 2 gallons that you mixed actually has 40 calories. One container with 8 tubs costs about $3.00.

Crystal Light has definantly stepped up its game. I have also stopped drinking soda and crystal light has taken its place. I love the fruit punch flavor and lemonade is not half bad. For all the dieters out there crystal light is the way to go if you have trouble downing 64oz of water a day.
don't you mean 2 quarts instead of 2 gallons?
