Weight Watchers Strawberry Yogurt
So I chose to try strawberry. Unfortunately, I was not impressed by the taste. Although there was plenty of fruit pieces in the yogurt, the taste itself was pretty bland. It was okay, but they didn't achieve a decent level of sweetness with the combination of Splenda and fructose. I have said it before, and I will say it here again: Splenda is not the best choice of sweeteners to use in yogurts. In this case, it didn't leave a chalky feeling in my mouth, but it still left something. About 2 minutes after eating the yogurt, there was a sickeningly awful residual sweet after-taste in my mouth. I had to drink some water to get rid of it. Each 6 ounce serving of Weight Watchers Strawberry Yogurt (the bigger size containers) has 100 calories, 0.5 grams of fat, 12 grams of sugars, 3 grams of fiber and has only 1 point on the Weight Watchers system. That's definitely not bad, but there are a few other choices which provide similar nutrition, but with better taste. Dannon Light 'n Fit Yogurt with Fiber has around the same number of calories, sugar and fat, but there is more fiber (50% more). The two yogurts are also similar in taste, so I would probably go for the one with more fiber. My own personal favorite yogurt, Yoplait Light Fat Free, is better tasting, also has 100 calories, but there are 2 grams more sugar. One 6 ounce container of WW yogurt costs $0.57 which is a tad bit more expensive than some other yogurts. Overall, I probably won't buy this again, given the fact that there are alternatives with similar or better nutrition and taste. Comments

Thanks for the visit and comment. You have a wealth of informaiton on your site for people who want to (notdiet) "liveit" and do it in a healthy manner. Good for you. I can't eat anything artificially sweetened because it makes my tongue feel like it is swollen and I have an extreme thirst that nothing quenches. Bless you.
