Hear the term "Market Fresh" and you may be inclined to think that this might be a healthy choice - think again! Arby's Market Fresh Roast Turkey, Ranch and Bacon sandwich has 830 calories, plus a little more than 50% of the suggested recommended daily intake of total and saturated fat at 38 grams of fat and10 grams of saturated fat. Add to that 2260 mg of sodium, which is almost 100% of daily recommended amounts.
Up until now, I thought Arby's provided healthier options than most of the other fast food places. While there are a few things that aren't so bad nutritionally, like the regular Roast beef sandwich, there are a lot of things that really are no better than the stuff offered by the fast food king and clown (BK and Mickey D).

Is there any MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) in Arby's Regular Roast Beef?? I'm highly allergic to MSG & had the usual reaction that I get from MSG (VERY HIGH BP, like 190/125 for 2-3 days) after eating a regular roast beef sandwich yesterday near Terre Haute, Indiana, while traveling. I had asked them if there were any MSG in the regular roast beef before I ordered it and nobody knew and told me "I don't think so". I got in trouble by eating it, so want to know about the MSG for sure. Thank you.
