Lean Cuisine Deluxe Pizza
The Lean Cuisine Deluxe pizza has a thin crust and after you microwave it, the bottom portion is very crispy, but the top part still tastes a bit doughy to me. There was plenty of toppings including sausage, pepperoni, roasted peppers, onions and mushrooms, which really gave some substance to this 6 inch pizza, but the taste was just average - not bad - not great - but okay! South Beach used whole wheat flour in their pizza, but Lean Cuisine uses bleached, enriched flour - come on LC - don't let the competition get the best of you by using better ingredients! There are 370 calories in one pizza, 9 grams of fat (14% of daily recommendations), 3.5 grams saturated fat, 590 mg sodium (25% of daily recommendations), 3 grams of fiber, 7 grams of sugars and 17 grams of protein. In addition, there's a bit of calcium, iron, vitamin C and A. I've said it before and I'll say it again - pizza is not the healthiest option in the world - but it sure does taste good! Lean Cuisine Deluxe Pizza costs $3.00. If you have to have pizza - then this is not a bad way to go, assuming your other meals are healthy too. Comments

My mom got me started on healthy, quick, and cheap mini pizza's that use fat free whole wheat english muffis as crust, with a little sauce, banana peppers, olives, and reduced fat cheese. Bake in oven for best results. She's on weight watchers and figured they were 1 point each... I don't count points, but they are pretty good!!
