Weight Watchers SmartOnes Ravioli Florentine
Weight Watchers Ravioli Florentine is simply delicious! It's "pasta filled with creamy ricotta cheese and tossed in a hearty, chunky Italian spinach marinara sauce." The ravioli is tender and has a generous amount of ricotta cheese. The marinara sauce has chunks of tomato and some spinach in it, and there is a lot of it, meaning there was a lot left over even when I finished eating. The taste of the ravioli florentine reminded me of the Michelina's Five Cheese Lasagna which I also absolutely love.
The net weight of this is 8.5 ounces, which is not filling enough for dinner on it's own - not my dinner anyway, but is good enough for lunch. There are only 250 calories, 5 grams of fat, 2 grams of saturated fat (no trans fat), but 720 mg of sodium, or 30% of the recommended daily amounts. One serving is 5 Weight Watchers points, and the meal costs $2.50 - I think it was on sale.
I really liked this and I would definitely get it again, but be mindful of the amount of sodium.
