Trader Joes Salmon Burgers
When I finally bit into the burger, it was delicious. Salmon always has a certain indescribable taste - it tastes ... like salmon. The burger was moist and flavorful, but I must confess to a few variations on the basic recipe, which included mixing together water with some seafood seasoning which was added to the skillet. My dad was a skeptic of the short cooking time so he made me put his in the convection oven for another 10 minutes and this overcooked it a little bit and made it come out too dry. Trader Joe's is all about selling good 'wholesome' food, and these salmon patties had no artificial flavors and no preservatives. 1 patty is only 100 calories, 0.5 grams fat, 240 mg sodium (10% of the RDA), and a whopping 23 grams of protein - excellent nutrition. The cost was $5.39 for a pack of 4. I'm a fan - 5 kisses and two thumbs up Comments

Yes, the trader joes seafood department is the best frozen seafood around. I have some tuna burgers in my freezer that I am waiting for the perfect kaiser roll to enjoy.
