Anything that comes from a average american super junk market(super market). Yes we are living in a junk food monopoly that makes it near impossible to eat real healthy food. The average ameriman "junk mart" Poses serious health risks and should never be consumed. Don't believe their gimmicks such as no trans fat, fat free, low fat, low carb, sugar free and others. Even tofu, tempeh, and yogurt the ones you think are healthy. Because in the end they all have the same thing in common: highly processed, cooked, pastuerized, chemical additives, chemical preservatives, refined salts and sugars, animal products, genetically modified organism (GMO), irradation(radiation treatment), and oh yeah plenty of propoganda and false health claims. The average american super market, and all restaurants should be deemed illegal and a hazard to your health. Where should you shop?
Either your own home grown produce or a Whole Foods Market. The organic raw vegan diet is the only diet in my vocabulary. Most people have weak minds and weak self-discipline that will break within the first 30 days of my start program.
Is this an advert? spam? I'm gonna leave it up anyway. Personally, I like some technology - unpasteurised milk? Not for me. Cooked? Yup - that's how I like my food.
Stonyfield yogurt has fiber too, but it tastes better than Dannon Light n' Fit because it has those big chunks of fruit you like.
I'll second the Stoneyfield Farms yogurt rec! It tastes a million times better than artificially sweetened yogurt, but is still lowfat.
My favorite is Donnan Lite'n fit yogurt. I have it as part of a mid meal each day. Tastes good and is high in calcium.
