Dannon Light n Fit Yogurt
You will be able to detect a huge difference in the taste between regular yogurt and Dannon Light n Fit. it's not necessarily in the sweetness, but there is a loss in flavor and the *yum factor.* Dannon Light n Fit Yogurt provides 40 calories in 4 ounces as mentioned, no fat, 5 grams of protein and 7 grams of sugar. There is also 4-10% of many vitamins and minerals including calcium and vitamin D. While this definitely won't unseat my current favorite yogurt, Yoplait Light, it's worth trying if you're seriously trying to cut out calories every where you can - and don't mind some loss of flavor along with it. The good thing is, it's so gross that people will eat less and lose even more weight. But not me. I'm currently shopping for a new yogurt.

I like their new light and fit yogurts they taste the same sans the extra cals. I also like their Light n fit with fiber, which further helps my diet.
